FlightCare is an information and referral service. We publish content about UK261 and EU Regulation 261/2004 passenger rights, provide a free eligibility screening tool, and refer interested users to our partner Compensair to handle the actual claim.
FlightCare is not:
The claim itself — including correspondence with the airline, any legal escalation, and disbursement of compensation — is handled entirely by Compensair, under Compensair's own terms and their regulatory authorisation. When you submit a claim through Compensair, you enter into a contract with Compensair, not with FlightCare.
FlightCare earns a commission from Compensair when users submit a claim via our referral links. This commission is paid by Compensair out of their own fee revenue — it does not increase the amount Compensair charges you. Compensair's fee is typically 25% + VAT of any successful claim amount, charged to you only if the claim succeeds. See our affiliate disclosure for full details.
